I am in need of assistance on this. Our tape drive went out a while back and we've been using 3TB USB drives. Well, it's not been pretty since.
Currently my issue is the below. It's our Full backup, which obviously didn't backup everything and failed. I've followed the instructions online and those appear to be implemented. Any other suggestions?
