BE 2012 Extender Request

Hi,

I'm having problem with extended the BE 2012 trial.  Support team send me attachment and it won't install on the Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise. 

The error saying "incompatible with the Windows OS" altough the attachment were sent correctly and the Windows OS I'm running is correct. Please help.
