Backup Speed

Hello

I am working with symantec backup exec 2012 and I have a job that backups exchange 2007 to a nas Synolgy DS1512+ directly connected to one of the server network card.

The first 10 minutes the speed is increasing up to about 1100MB/min but then it decreasing about 10MB/min each 4 seconds.

As you can see on the screenshoot the monitor on the synology shows that the speed is nearly allways arround few KB/s
