Hi there,
I am in a situation currently where I have critical data I need to restore to a disk after a server crash, however the disk that crashed had the BE2010 R3 installation on it, and there was encryption setup on all the jobs (both jobs that went to disk and Tape) and now I am unable to run the restore because I am unable to track down the encryption key that was used during the job setup.
Are there ANY possible ways of getting the the data that resides on these tapes??
I am at a loss and need your help please.
