How to backup Oracle 9i running on windows 2003

Hi

One of our customer using oracle 9i running on windows 2003. and Suse linux.

there are totally 3 database. total size comes to 4TB. The challenge is backup windows. and customer says he cannot backup differential...so he does full backup only.

Any suggestion,

How do we achieve using symantec products. is it possible to do backup weekly full backup and daily incremental or differential....
