Backup Exec and ESET Issues

Hi,

 Is anyone else using ESET Endpoint security on Windows 2003 Servers, and also is having performance issues with backup exec 2010?

The scenario I have is.

Single windows Server 03 that has backup exec 2010 on and doesn’t have any additional roles installed.

We are trying to backup a file server with about 2TB worth of storage and this server has ESET installed.

Tried excluding the BEremote.exe but performance seems to be very slow.

Backup Exec 2010 has all updates applied and the Remote agents have been patched as well.

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions that may improve the issue.
