Restore mailbox user issue !!! "The job failed with the following error: Invalid Physical Volume Library Media Identifier. "

Hi Everybody, i have a issue when restore mailbox user for Exchange 2010 DAG, detail below:

- My Exchange include 4 server: 2 for HUB-CAS and 2 for DAG

- I backup with GRT Database direct to tape, not save on disk

- My hardware system is fail, i loss any thing exclude Tape device and catridge

Now, i'm install new Backup EXEC server on new server hardware, then inventory and catalog from tape, it success. I'm duplicate database from Tape to Disk then use Backup set on disk to restore mailbox user, but it's error:

"The job failed with the following error: Invalid Physical Volume Library Media Identifier. Media not mount"

I tried rebuilt catalog from disk store, verify them and Jobs success. What happen ?

Please help me for this case, how to restore Mailbox user from Duplicate backup set !!!
