BE 12 Restore problem with SQL2005

I am trying to restore SQL2005 Database. I am getting error 0xe000fee5- A error occured restoring because the files cannot be replaced and no alternate location was specified. How to resolve this problem? I am using BE 12 for windows servers on windows 2003 server.
