BE 2010 R3 issue with system state backup on Domain Controller

Hi there,

As the Title states, I have a DC box that is backing up find however only the system state returns and tells me I dont have sufficient admin rights to backup the system state.

Now I understand on a DC/GC the user rights are different and not as per standard on a W2K8 R2 box as you know, so I would like to know what groups/entries should I look out for and add the default login account on BE?

I have tried everything and I just cannot seem to get this working, the other file level backups on this box works fine, its only the system state that fails with the admin rights issue.
