I have an offsite DR site with one workgroup server running Backup Exec 2010 R3.
I have another server onto which I want to restore a DC.
I cannot seem to do this.
When we have the Domain Controller restored and running in DSRM, we cannot connect the Logon Account as per steps 18/19 ion this article:

BE is complaining that the account credentials do not meet the password complexity and that the account does not have the correct security.
The password is the correct password and meets the complexity requirements.
We cannot modify the Local Group policy as the the Domain Controller doesn't have one (we assume).
We can see in the logs on the Domain Controller that it is the adminstrator account that is accessing the server remotely.
We are not sure if the Media Server needs to be a domain member, but we don't have a domain.
Can anyone advise?
