Hi I have a Linux server that has major issues. I have tried using the BackupExec console to do a full restore but the job keeps failing with an error "Access Denied". I have been through all the posts I can find to try and resolve the problem but the issue still remains. Then it struct me. Why dont I use the SRD and recover everything back on to the box from a month ago. So I took the SDR image and created a boot disk. I then copied the .BKF files from the NAS (the storage I had been using to back the Linux server up to) and copied them to an external USB disk. I then booted the server using the SRD but it would not allow me to select the .BKF files in order to do a complete system restore... What am I missing? How do I convert these in to .DR files (which is what the SRD appears to require?)
