Backup Exec: Backup without agent from share

Hi! Sorry for my English.

We bought earlier:

- BE 12.5 Server for Windows Servers - 1

- BE 12.5 Agent for Windows Systems - 1

- BE 12.5 Advanced Disk Backup Option -1

Example install:

1. BackupServer there install BE 12.5 Server and there copy the backup

2. FileServer with install BE 12.5 Agent

3. FileServer 2 without install BE 12.5 Agent

Will I need to buy another license for the agent if the FileServer 2 will be backup from share without install agent?
