Duplicate of VMware backup gives error E0009578

Hi,

We are using Back-up Exec 2010 R3 SP3 to backup several VM's running on 2 standalone ESX hosts (No vCenter).

We use Back-up to Disk to Tape and our back-ups to disk are running fine, however our duplicate jobs to tape are failing due to the following error:

Job ended: maandag 13 januari 2014 at 10:49:37
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0009578 - Unable to copy the virtual machine disk using the VMware VixDiskLib.
Final error category: Resource Errors

We are not able to pinpoint which VM duplicate is failing of the several machines being backed up.

we need some assistance!
