after inventory and catalog, i cannot restore data

Hi All,

i have installed Backup exec 2010 on a new server and try to restore tapes backed up on the production server, but after an inventory and catalog on the tapes, i'm still getting the error message that i have to run catalog on the media. i need help as i have tried that many times but still getting the same error:
