Low backup rate in Backup Exec 2012

Hi,

For same server, Backup rate in Backup Exec 12 with old tape drive (LTO 2 tape) is 5xx MB / min

After upgraded to Backup Exec 2012 with new tape dirve (LTO 4 tape used), the rate only 360-70 MB / min

Any solution ??
