Backup exec for enterprisve vault 10.0.4

Dear All,

I have an issue with EV backup exec, it's not support enterprise vault 10.0.4, I open a case with Symantec, but they are unable to support as EV version not comptiable with backup exec !!!!!!!????can some some advise workaround or a solution to my case
