A few things happened this past weekend:
Our ReadyNAS 3100 became critically full ( 5% disk space remaining ).
This caused Backup Exec to take the ReadyNAS B2D offline.
I attempted to delete the backup sets and they've been deleted from the UI.
We had to change our ReadyNAS 3100 admin password as well as the System Default Logon for BackupExec.
So the situation is that I cannot bring back the B2D disk online due to the credentials not working ( even though I've updated the ReadyNAS admin account through "Manage Logon Accounts" )
The Event Viewer returns with the following error:
Changer: CreatePath() CreateDirectory1 failed (\\ReadyNAS\ReadyNAS\). Error=1326
I've tested the credential in the backup job and it was successful.
I also ran the B2D_Test and it completed successfully.
Recreating the B2D to the ReadyNAS fails with a "Unable to create disk storage.... you must give read and write permissions to the Backup Exec service account, and then try again."
I am able to connect to the ReadyNAS 3100 and make folders and changes fine.
This looks like a permission issue, however, I've already updated the permissions through the manage logon accounts screen.
