Backup Exec 2010 with CASO and 2 DataDomains (OST-Devices)

Hi 

i have a customer with Backup Exec 2010 and Caso and 2 DataDomains from EMC

and 2 Media Servers.

Now the customer wants to upgrade to 2012 because

he wants to update ESX/vCenter to version 5.5

1) Could you tell me what i have to looking for, or if there are any kind of guides (upgrade guides)for this process?

2) Or could you also tell me: will this undertaking be supported with BUE 2012 and VMware 5.5?

3) How will the CASO be upgraded?
