Can SBE 2012 backup windows 7 enterprise

I installed SBE 2012 on server 2008R2. And want to do a test. but i can not install the agent to windows 7system. Still show fatal error,0x643.

I think i have the permission to the remote computer.

So i want to verify wheterh the SBE 2012 remote agent can install on windows7 or 8.
