Changing the location of the oracle archive logs when using backup exec

Hello

we use "backup exec 12 for windows server" to backup and oracle database on a windows server. This is is all working well, but I need to now change the location the archive logs are written to by the oracle database, and i was wondering whether i need to change the backup in anyway?, essentially my question is, how does backup exec pickup the location of the archivelogs, is it automatic or do i need to tell it somehow (f so how?).
