Hello all- we're running Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3 and have been attempting to restore one of our users mailboxes from our mail server. Both are running Server 2003 and Backup Exec is fully up to date. Every time we try to run the restore job we get this message-
Error category : Resource Errors Error : e0000393 - Cannot extract mailbox messages from the Exchange backup. Review the job log for more information. For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-915
I followed all the suggestions covered in this article- http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag... but I still had the same result. I've been attempting to troubleshoot the issue myself and came across something that suggested that the mailbox store needed to be offline for the restore to work correctly. Is this accurate? It would be difficult to take our Mailbox store offline for any stretch of time.
Anyway, I'd appreciate any suggestions you might have!
