BE2014 Replicate (Duplicate) vs Netbackup7.6 Replicate(A.I.R)

Dear Sir

    I would like to know difference of both solution and how does it work each solution.
Also how to consider solution to offer customers who want backup data at primary site  and then replicate to secondary site .
