Reducing Backup Window and Storage Size using B2D

Good Day:

            In my environment we currently have 13TB of SAN Space used to backup our Exchange and Vmware Data. At present we are using Backup Exec 2012 with Shared SAN Option,Dedupe and Advance Disk Option.  Our Exchange Data is now at 1TB compressed. We are doing one Full and 4 Incrementals backups to the SAN storage per week and are required to Keep 30 Days worth of data. What options above buying more storage does Backup Exec Offer to reduce or Window and Storage Requirements

1:  Does Backup Exec have Continous Protection and What are thye Storage Requirements

2: GRT on the Windows VMs are failing with the error volumes are not snapable

3: Would incremental forever be a suitable option for our File Servers
