Tape Drive is shown in Storage but not seen during restore

Hi,

We had 23 old tapes for IBM ULT358-TD4 that we want to restore. We are now using Symantec Backup exec 2012 installed in Windows 2008 server R2 64b. The Tape Drive is connected and driver is installed. The Tape Library is seen in the "Storage" and we run the Inventory and Catalog sucessfully.

The Problem is the TAPE DRIVE is NOT shown in the RESTORE tab, cannot select any data to restore from the TAPE.

Help is very much appreciated.
