Replaced B2D Drive

We backup 5 servers to a NAS. This all worked before we had a drive failure. So 1 drive failed on the NAS (disks are RAID so the NAS continued to operate). We replaced the defective disk and now none of the jobs run (full and incremental on 5 servers = 10 jobs). An inventory works fine. Inventory and catalog does not. I have recreated a couple of the backup jobs and those fail too. Test run fails on existing jobs but works on new test run with new B2D storage. The existing jobs give a status of Ready: no writeable idel devices available. All B2D storage reports online. This stopped working when we replaced the faulty drive so i feel like i need to somehow "reinitialize" the B2D storage (i have rebooted the server). Any suggestions as to how to get our jobs working again?
