DFSR and Backup Exec CPS - compatibility issues?

Hi all,

I've searched for this elsewhere but cannot find a clear answer. My question is:

Can Microsoft DFSR and Backup Exec CPS be used in the same environment? Do / can / will they cause conflicts? We are currently experiencing issues with our DFSR (replication issues) and I am suspecting that CPS may have something to do with it as both systems utilise VSS.

Any thoughts / comments / experiences would be highly welcomed!
