Backup Exec 2014 slow job rate

Hi,

For our company we have an backup server which has performance troubles. I found that this was due the loads of small images which are backed up. I have been searching for a proper solution in here but can't find anything. Is there any setting which allows me to back-up 48KB image files faster then the 600MB/min i get now. Without the images selected in the back-up the speed goes up to 2.000 MB/min.
