Backup Exec 2014 Exchange 2013 CU6 - Mail Items Missing

Hi,

I have managed to successfully backup my Exchange 2013 Server using Backup Exec 2014 however when I attempt a granular restore I notice there are items missing from several mailboxes. One mailbox is missing half a years worth of email - yet in Outlook it's right there.

If I recreate the mail profile in Outlook then the same email is downloaded - but it doesnt appear in the Backup Exec snapshot (which is a full snapshot).

I have tried backing up twice now.. same result.

Does anyone know why?
