BE2012 - BE2014 Upgrade: MS SQL Express -- Failed

Notes:

Upgrading from BE2012 to BE2014 

Environment:
Windows Server Enterprise - Service Pack 2
Memory 8 GB
System Type:  32-Bit

Installation:

Data Migration successful
Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable 2010 -- Installation successful
Microsoft SQL Express  --  Installation failed.

From the Log file:

"E:\BE\WINNT\INSTALL\SQLExpress\SQLEXPR_x86_ENU.exe" /ACTION=Upgrade /Q /Hideconsole /SkipRules=RebootRequiredCheck /INSTANCENAME=BKUPEXEC /IACCEPTSQLSERVERLICENSETERMS

I cannot find the error code on the support site.  Please help.
