Backup size from NDMP-->Tape is not displayed.

Hi together,

we have the problem that the size of the backup from NDMP to Tape isn't displayed anymore.

The whole backup is ok and it is possible to restore the data.

The backup is running from an EMC VNX5300 to a HP MSL6030 via Backu Exec 2012 (V14.0 Rev.1798).

If it is possible i want to avoid the support from Symantec. It is very difficult to discribe a problem to the Indian guy on the other side of the phone.

Maybe somebody else had this problem, too.
