Exchange Server Backups Failing

Hi,

We have recently upgraded to Backup Exec 2012 and I have gotten it to work well for the most part, but have been having some issues with backing up our Exchange server.  It seems like it is backing up the data, but we keep getting this error:

Backup 00474-Differential -- The job failed with the following error: A failure occurred querying the Writer status.

I'm not quite sure what to do about it.  I've tried rebooting the server, but that did not help.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
