Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 reconfiguration

Dear guys,

We have problem with our one of client's backup system. They have HP Autoloader and symantec 12.5.

I can able to run daily jobs fine, but weekly jobs/monthly jobs getting failed or going to queue status long time.

I couldnt find out the issue. i just want to reconfigure completely new, but in symantec guide it was very lengthy story and very difficult to understand the complete instruction.

Can anyone help to reconfigure easily step by step?
