disaster recovery active directory and exchange

i need guide for this purpose, this for disaster plan and i must fix quickly, my problem is this first time i use symantec to restore every single data to backup server. my enviroment is 

1. AD server(win 2008)
2. exchange server (2010 sp2)
3. backup server(os win 2008, symantec 2012)
