我需要解决方案

Hello,

I need to perform an upgrade from BE 2010 R3 to BE 2012, sobe a Windows 2008 server. When you run the installer to BE, and follow the installation steps, we noticed that at the time of the analysis of the environment, the program stops at the time of "System Check" . For a great time are not shown or errors or changes.

To review the installation log (BKUPINST2012.HTM), is detected the following:

Run SymHelp them and attached the detail in this post. In the report shows that there is a pending restart Windows Update. Rebooted the server and the problem persists. Also applied the solution http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH186084 , but the problem persists.

Any idea?
