We are encountering a strange problem where one or more Remote Agents installed on Linux or Windows servers may crash when the Backup Exec services are restarted. The crash only occurs on agents configured for client-side deduplication.
We have a support case open but unfortunately are progressing very far.
I was wondering if anyone has had this issue before and did you fix it?
