We have just started having this problem on a number of servers when they are rebooted. The Backup exec service fails to start and the only error message in the server logs is:)`

Description:
A service process other than the one launched by the Service Control Manager connected when starting the Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows service. The Service Control Manager launched process 1456 and process 1420 connected instead.
Note that if this service is configured to start under a debugger, this behavior is expected.
The only event which could have any bearing on this is that all the Patch Tuesday patches for April were installed. I have also installed the replacement patch for KB2840149. However installing this did not solve the problem.
Has anyone else come across this problem?
